Cayleigh Couture is our newest addition to The Arty People brand and is a revamp of owner, Samara’s, high quality hair accessories company Doll Face Designs which were inspired by her medically fragile daughter (you'll see her little sweet face in the slideshow if you look closely), and has brought joy to people across the country.
