Welcome to the After School Classes at The Arty People Studio! Join our licensed Art Teachers to learn about a different artist each week, exploring their artistic style and medium before breaking out to create your own piece of art! Each session will begin with a “Meet and Greet” to meet the artist! Students will learn the artist’s name and a short history of their life before then exploring notable work. Once the class has met the artist, we will then begin working with that artist’s preferred medium on a piece of our own. The final half of the hour of the class is an open studio exploration with students welcome to continue working on the day’s pieces, start a new piece, or return to work from past sessions. This class is open to all skill levels! Come with your own knowledge and the willingness to learn!
